Lead attack+bleeding??
Ok unless Im really off my rocker, there are not any lead attacks that do damage+ the condiiton of bleeding or deep wound, such as twisting fangs. There are lead attacks that do damage and inflict other conditions such as cripple, but only if target is moving. Just a straight up skill that does damage + condition, such as a backstab skill. Maybe damage +deep wound+ additional damage if critical hits.
Most skill with assassins is so conditional specific, you take up most of you skill bar setting the conditons so you can pop an related attack.
I Guess if it was an easier class everyone could do it well.
/end rant

Unsuspecting Strike. Palm Strike. Black Lotus Strike.
Those are the three that come to mind. Palm Strike is particularly fun.

But Siren none of those attacks inflict a condition as well as damage, they are straight damage, except for BLS, which gives a energy boost, not an inflicted condition.
Also BLS and Palm Strike are not lead attacks, they are off hands.

Jagged Strike - Lead attack, causes conditions, does normal damage
Sharpen Daggers - Enchantment - any critical hit you do causes bleeding
Use a lead attack (if you do a critical hit with it), you can cause bleeding.
There is no skill for anyone that can do both +damage and conditions.
Everything is conditional (ie: must be knocked down, must have weakness, etc.)

Twisting fangs - "If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +10...18 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 5...17 seconds."

Not to mention the noobish feeling I have at the moment!

Sorry, I meant as a lead attack. I don't count adrenaline attacks as lead attacks either.

What were you asking for? A straight-up damage skill that also inflicts a condition, without requiring any set-up?
No such Assassin skill exists to my knowledge. So instead I gave you the next best thing: some attacks that are versatile as hell.

They're lead attacks in my builds. ~_^
And BLS and Palm Strike are two such versatile as hell skills.
If you want a solid combo, run something like...
Mark of Instability-->Black Mantis Thrust (Cripples if it hits a Hexed target)-->Jungle Strike-->Twisting Fangs-->Falling Spider
You've got nice damage boosts from nearly everything there, in addition to having Crippled your target from the start, then hit them with a Deep Wound+Bleed from Twisting, and Poison from Falling Spider.
And that's a pretty solid build.
